Stewardship, Ownership and Surrender

Earlier this week, during a walk, I had a profound encounter with Jesus that emphasized the importance of generosity in my life. At first, I couldn't help but wonder how this concept applied to me; I thought, indeed there's nothing more I can give. Because in my mind, when Jesus asks me to be generous, he's expecting me to empty my wallet, but that's not even close to what he was asking.
As I reflected on this prompting from Jesus, I began to understand that His call to generosity
wasn't solely about financial resources.
